I purchased shaving foam now it stopped to coming out of the can. The can is complete full , I hardly used it 4 or 5 time

batch no.B.BF2225 MFD:06/2022 EXPIRY-05/2025 MRP-245.00. 266 ML (264G)I have been using it for the past 2 months not a single time have i got foam coming out .(i have shaked well for your information) only a black liquid is flowing out.no clue what is the problem .earlier used super max i thought lets give this a try but now i regret buying this

I bought "Bombay Shaving Co 425g Charcoal Shaving Foam" from Amazon and after 2 times used, foam not coming out. During the second use itself I have manage it with 50% of foam.

Is there any policy to get the replacement or get it fixed ?
