Our company, Bombay Shaving Company is organizing a lucky draw where customers can participate by purchasing Bombay Shaving Company products from the website, shops or any of the channels and then entering the details on the official website https://www.linkedin.com/company/bombay-shaving-company/.  The details include personal information such as name, email ID, and contact number, as well as uploading the invoice (picture of the bill) on the same page.

Contest Information

1. Promotional Period - 2nd April 2023 to 30th May 2023
2. How to enter the contest - To enter the contest purchase any product from Bombay Shaving Company. Consumers then have to enter the details on the link on the official website of the company website https://www.linkedin.com/company/bombay-shaving-company/  with the picture of the invoice/bill.
3. Prize Details - There are 3 prizes 

1. i) Daily Winners - will get a chance to win IPL match ticket or BSC Hampers.
2. ii) Weekly Winners - will get a chance to win XBox Game or Xbox Game pass unlimited for 12 months.

iii) Grand Winner  - will get a chance to win a fully paid trip to London, which includes flight tickets, stay, and a guided tour of Buckingham Palace.

Terms and Conditions for Grand Prize

1. Unless otherwise specified the class of travel for any travel prize incorporating airfare, is economy class and winners must be over the age of 18 to be eligible to win any travel prize.
2. The winner should have a valid passport and will have to get their VISA requirement fulfilled by themselves. All other expenses have to be taken care of by the winner.
3. The VISA requirement has to be fulfilled by the winner himself/herself. 
4. The company is liable for flight tickets, and stay with a guided tour of Buckingham Palace. The winner themselves bears all other expenses.

General Terms and Conditions 

1. The prizes will be delivered within 7-14 days after receiving the confirmed address.
2. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other value in kind.
3. The prize will only be delivered to Indian addresses.
4. The prize is not transferable to anyone else.
5. In case of non-confirmation of address till 7 days, the prize will be forfeited.
6. All prizes, unless otherwise specified, must be collected from the consumer Insight team of Bombay Shaving Company. The Company will make every attempt to contact winners to ensure the collection of their prize within the 90-day period.  Prizes not claimed within the period will be treated as forfeited.
7. Participants agree that contest entries and material submitted by any person in connection with any contest (whether in writing, audio or visual form, or a combination of those) becomes the property of The Company which may use the material in any way it sees fit in any medium or any publication. Participants agree that copyright in any such material is assigned to The Company.
8.  In relation to participation in any activity:

1. Participants agree to release and indemnify The Company and its employees and agents in respect of any claims for any accident, injury, property damage, or loss of life in connection with participation in any contest, activity, or event promoted by The Company or prize collected from the Company;
   b. The participant may, at the option of The Company, be required to sign a form of indemnity required by Bombay Shaving Company as a pre-condition of participation.
   c. If a participant is under the age of 18, their parent/guardian will need to sign an indemnity and consent to participation in the contest/activity/event.

1. The Company accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable if the competition and/or prize involves the winner attending any function or event as described in the competition in the event of the cancellation of that function or event or any other changes to the function or event.
2. The Company has the right to use photos/film/videos in any reasonable manner it sees fit.
3. The Company may publicize, broadcast, publish or otherwise disclose a winner’s name or any recording of the winner’s voice in advertising or promotion concerning winning the contest.
4. The Company may utilise any information provided by participants in any contest(s) in any database for The Company’s use at its absolute discretion.
5. Bombay Shaving Company reserves the right to change/ modify the terms and conditions of this offer or to withdraw this offer at any point in time if circumstances arise beyond our control.
6. Bombay Shaving Company reserves the right to check all the bill no. or petro card no. for their authenticity and reject them if not found genuine. bill no. or petro card no. sent for validation will be retained and shall not be returned.
