RAZORPRENEUR 3.0 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Razorpreneur 3.0 is a pan-India entrepreneurship challenge that seeks to hone the selling skills of budding entrepreneurs. This is proprietary activation of The Bombay Shaving Company in conjunction with The Barbershop with Shantanu podcast.

This year the contest is being run in partnership with Bajaj KTM who will be the primary prize sponsors.

Eligibility

Any Indian citizen above the age of 18 with a legal identity proof can participate in the contest. The contest is open to Indian citizens residing in India only (except Indian nationals residing in the state of Tamil Nadu). Residents of other countries residing in India or non-resident Indians are also not eligible to participate.

The contest will run from 5th September, 2025 to 5th October, 2025.

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1.Register: Visit the Razorpreneur 3.0 page on www.bombayshavingcompany.com and sign up with your name, mobile number, and email ID.

2.Book Test Drive: On successful registration, book a home test drive of the 160cc KTM Duke, subject to partner terms and availability.

3. Generate Affiliate Code: The Participant shall generate a unique affiliate code through the Company’s website. Such code can be used only on the official Bombay Shaving Company website for the selling and promotion of the Omni Blade Trimmer.

4. Sell Using Code: Promote and sell the Omni Blade Trimmer through the affiliate code exclusively on the Bombay Shaving Company website. All eligible sales will be credited to the Participant.

5. Earn Rewards: Rewards and incentives shall be provided strictly in accordance with the Contest Rules notified by the Company.

6. Share Your Journey (Optional): Participants may create and share content about their selling journey and tag @bombayshavingcompany and @thebarbershopwithShantanu on Instagram.

 

WINNER DETERMINATION & GRATIFICATION

 

 

a.       Winners shall be determined solely on the basis of the number of Omni Blade Trimmers sold through their unique affiliate code generated on www.bombayshavingcompany.com. The higher the sales, the closer you are to winning.

b.      The participant with the maximum Omni Blades Trimmers sold shall be awarded a KTM Duke 390 cc bike.

c.       Other leading participants, as determined by Bombay Shaving Company, shall be awarded a KTM Duke 160 cc bike.

d.      The top 10 participants shall be invited to the finale episode of the contest on The Barbershop with Shantanu podcast.

e.       A minimum of 200 Omni Blade Trimmers sold via a single affiliate code is mandatory for eligibility for bike prizes.

f.        Winners shall collect their prize bikes from a designated KTM Duke dealership. The ex-showroom price shall be waived; however, winners shall be solely liable for all other charges, including but not limited to gift tax, road tax, registration and insurance, applicable GST and other statutory levies, charges for accessories, add-ons, or customizations, if any.

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the challenge shall be deemed as conclusive evidence of the participant’s acceptance and acknowledgement of having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Fair Play

Any participant found indulging in fraud, misrepresentation, manipulation, use of bots, or any other unfair or unlawful means shall be immediately disqualified without prior notice.

Content & Liability Disclaimer

Bombay Shaving Company, its affiliates, associates, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any response, reaction, or consequence arising from any content created, shared, or distributed by participants/independent creators in connection with this challenge.

Right to Modify or Cancel

Bombay Shaving Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to amend, withdraw, suspend, or terminate this challenge, including but not limited to its duration, gratification, eligibility, or participation criteria, without prior notice. Any such changes shall be updated on the official website (www.bombayshavingcompany.com) and shall be binding upon all participants.

Indemnity

Each participant expressly agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bombay Shaving Company, its group companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, claims (including third-party claims), penalties, fines, or actions arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with:

participation in the contest

any act of omission, commission, negligence, fraud, or misconduct by the participant, or

acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Limitation of Liability

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Bombay Shaving Company shall not be liable for any claims, damages, costs, losses, or injuries of any nature whatsoever, whether direct or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the contest or prizes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This contest and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
