Job Summary:

As a Meta Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta platforms. You will play a critical role in enhancing the agency's client portfolio by delivering data-backed strategies, ensuring cost-effective results, and driving growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) for various clients.
• Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to develop innovative and performance-driven campaign ideas.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analysis, identifying trends and insights for continuous improvement.
• Create and manage ad assets, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and creative testing.
• Conduct detailed reporting on key metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC, etc.) and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with Meta platform changes, new ad formats, and algorithm shifts to leverage new opportunities.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are optimized to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into effective advertising strategies.
• Work alongside the performance marketing team to ensure holistic, integrated approaches across channels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) with a track record of successful results.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other associated tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience with budget management and optimizing campaigns for KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly to clients and team members.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative best practices on Meta platforms.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Google Ads Manager to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will leverage Google tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads to drive data insights, optimize performance, and enable data-driven decision-making for our campaigns and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Analytics Management:

• Implement, configure, and manage Google Analytics (GA4).
• Analyze traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to generate actionable insights.
• Create custom reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.

2. Tag Management:

• Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers and triggers.
• Implement and test tracking tags for accurate data collection across platforms.

3. Campaign Performance Analysis:
